Student Council is continuing its tradition of Wish Week!! Wish Week will be held the week of March 16th. To raise money for this event, we will offer Free Dress Days for each day of Wish Week. Students are asked to donate $1 for every day they participate.

Windsor Charter Academy is proud to offer a Summer Internship Program to our high school students! This is an excellent opportunity for students to connect with employers, gain real-world experience, and earn high school credit over the summer.

Registration is now open for GoGetMath@CSU, a free weeklong, non-residential summer math camp in the Department of Mathematics at Colorado State University – Fort Collins! The camp will run from June 8th through 12th, 2026, Monday through Thursday, from  9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Ms. Cross is thankful to those who attended our informational meeting on Thailand! For those not yet enrolled, we are seeing the trip fill quickly – but there are still spots left.

Per IRS regulations, all students, including dual-enrolled/concurrent students, are issued a Form 1098-T tax information form each year they attend/participate in higher education credit-bearing courses. The college is required to report all eligible payments made to the college for the tax year that are received from all sources

We’re excited to celebrate our Class of 2026 graduates this spring! Each senior will receive ten graduation tickets to share with family and friends. We are offering 18 premium seating reservations in the center section, including seats with backs or along the back wall, providing the best views of the stage.

The Windsor Charter Academy High School Mock Trial Team delivered an outstanding performance at the Northern Colorado Regional High School Mock Trial Tournament last weekend. Our student attorneys were praised for their level of preparation and professionalism.

Prom and After Prom are just around the corner! Windsor Charter Academy’s Junior & Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, April 11th, at the Windsong Estate Event Center from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. After Prom will be held at The Main Event Windsor from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

As a part of our ICAP & AVID courses, we will conduct mock interviews with our sophomores on Wednesday, March 18th, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the HS Commons. Please encourage your students to dress for success on this date! 

On Tuesday, March 17th at 6:30 p.m., high school music students will showcase their hard work by performing their musical pieces for one another, their families, and friends. All are welcome to attend an evening of musical entertainment! Students performing will need to arrive by 6:00 p.m.

The Academic Lettering Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, March 11th, at 7:15 a.m. in the HS Gymnasium. If your student earned a GPA of 3.95 or above for the spring and fall 2025 semesters, they qualify for this achievement.

We've recently been made aware that several Windsor Charter Academy students have been seen walking on or near the railroad tracks after school. Please take a moment to speak with your student about railroad safety.

This month’s Sources of Strength theme is “What Helps Me?”—a reminder to pause, reflect, and recognize the supports and strategies that help us through life’s challenges.

Windsor Charter Academy’s High School Winter Dance is Saturday, February 7th! Next week is Spirit Week. All high school students are invited to wear cozy dress for Spirit Week!

Congratulations to all High School students listed below who made Honor Roll for the first semester of the 2025-26 school year. All students listed below will receive a free dress day on Monday, February 2nd.

On Saturday, February 7th, from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., high school students are invited to attend our Winter Dance! The dance will be held at the Firebird Facility.

Each year, Windsor Charter Academy welcomes foreign exchange students who enrich our school community with their cultures, perspectives, and talents. This year, we were pleased to welcome Luca, a senior from Spain, into our Firebird Family.

Ms. Cross is thrilled to announce our upcoming trip to Thailand in Summer 2027 - your student is invited! This life-changing experience will help students build confidence, independence, and a global perspective.

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences are approaching! These conferences will be held on Thursday, February 12th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the middle school gymnasium.

Gifts and prizes are an essential part of our After-Prom event, so please consider donating items listed on our After-Prom Sign-Up Form. All donations can be dropped off at the HS office at your convenience. Donations are due on or before April 3rd. We appreciate your support in making our After Prom a success for our students!
