After another wonderful growing season, it’s time to prepare our school garden for the winter months! We invite you to join us for one of our upcoming Garden Clean-Up Days to help ensure the garden is ready for spring planting.

At Windsor Charter Academy, safety is our top priority. For the safety and comfort of all spectators, pets are not permitted at Windsor Charter Academy sporting events.

Windsor Charter Academy families may be affected by delays in SNAP benefits due to the federal government shutdown. Our school and local community offer a variety of resources to help ensure that every child has access to healthy meals.

Join us for Parents’ Night Out, hosted by Windsor Charter Academy’s National Honor Society! Please take the opportunity to get some holiday shopping done or enjoy a well-deserved date night while our high school students provide fun and safe entertainment for your children.

Our Lost & Found is filling up! Do you recognize any of the items pictured below? If so, please remind your student to pick them up. Any unclaimed items will be donated on the last day of each month.

In celebration of Halloween, high school students can participate in a costume contest on Friday, October 31st. The student who wins the costume contest will be awarded a Free Dress Day Pass for Monday, November 3rd. All costumes must comply with dress code guidelines.

Windsor Charter Academy welcomes families and veterans to our Veterans Day Assembly on November 11th in the Firebird Facility Gym! The assembly will begin at 2:15 p.m., but visitor check-in will start at 1:45 p.m. at the south door of the Firebird Facility. We are excited to honor those who have served our country!

We would like to remind all middle and high school families that there are designated drop-off and pick-up areas, as outlined on our website. Please ensure that these designated areas are used for student arrival and dismissal.

The next date for SAT testing is November 8th. The deadline to register for this test is October 24th. Any registrations received after this date will incur a late registration fee. There will also be an SAT testing date held on December 6th, with a registration deadline of November 21st.
