Windsor Charter Academy High School Theatre is proud to present its production of Hadestown - Teen Edition. This performance will feature our high school Jazz Band and Mixed Choir!

Windsor Charter Academy is doing an all-school fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation! Families are invited to purchase a Candy Gram, which includes a sucker and a personalized note, for students, friends, or teachers. Candy Grams are $1 each. All proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

We are in the process of enrolling our students for the 2026-2027 school year! We are asking each family to fill out their child's enrollment information online. It is of utmost importance that we receive this information so we have up-to-date contact details for our students and their families.

At the December 17th Executive Board Meeting, Anna Brandley resigned her position as an Executive Board Member. To fill the vacancy, the Executive Board will accept applications from potential candidates interested in a Board appointment. 

The Math Department is pleased to invite our students to participate in our Math Tutoring Program! Elementary, middle, and high school students will be matched with a trained high school tutor according to the timing and age preferences selected at registration.

On Tuesday, January 13th, our 8th-grade families attended our High School Registration Night Webinar. If you were unable to attend the meeting, we encourage you to watch the recording. Lots of important information was shared, and the attendees asked several great questions!

It’s hard to believe the school year is already nearing the halfway mark! As we move through the coming weeks, this is a great time to pause and reflect on how we can support our students’ overall wellness — not only academically, but also socially and emotionally.

Mark your calendars! Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, February 13th, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the middle school gymnasium. Conferences will follow an open-house format, allowing families to meet with teachers at their convenience.

Congratulations to our 2nd Quarter Honor Roll recipients.  These students will be recognized at school and receive a coupon for a “Firebird Dress Day”, to be used on Tuesday, January 27th. 

Please be on the lookout for your child’s iReady assessment data. We have completed the iReady benchmark assessments, and the results will be sent home with your student this week.

In preparation for 8th Grade Continuation, we need pictures of 8th-grade students for their continuation video! One of the best elements of the 8th Grade Continuation Ceremony is the slideshow displaying pictures of our 8th graders at various stages of their childhood.
