Open Records Requests

At Windsor Charter Academy, our goal is to operate with openness and transparency while fully complying with state law regarding public access to records. It is our policy to make all public records available for inspection at reasonable times in accordance with the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) (§§ 24-72-201–206, C.R.S.). Educational Records

Parents or legal guardians may review their student’s educational records. If a student is 18 years of age or older, the student may inspect their own records, and written permission is required for parental or guardian access, unless the student is claimed as a dependent for income tax purposes.
