The innovation volunteer committee’s purpose is to discuss the state of technology at Windsor Charter Academy, plan and cultivate educational opportunities for the community, explore future growth opportunities for innovation in our schools, and support in volunteer efforts for technology deployment and maintenance as needed.
We hold regular committee meetings to discuss technology and innovation in our schools and appreciate input and participation from our volunteer community! A copy of our meeting schedule and parent technology education nights are listed below.
Parent Technology Education Nights

- Parenting in a Digital World: Learn about effective study skills and how to overcoming distractions with technology & tips and resources for creating your family media plan.
- Tuesday, April 23rd -
- Healthy Technology: Learn about the health impacts of technology use and how you can create healthy habits in your home.

Optional Technology Insurance Plan
This optional insurance plan will cover the financial penalty outlined for technology misuse in the student/parent handbook.
This plan is available for high school student devices only.
Plans must be purchased by September 28th to take effect for the 2018-2019 school year.
