We are excited to introduce our counselors, Samantha Winder and Jennifer Herrback, who are looking forward to partnering with you to support your students throughout the year.

Timberline Gymnastics, across the street from WCA elementary school, is offering benefits to our families, including a waiver of yearly membership fees, and discounts for events.

We are excited to share an incredible educational travel opportunity for our 5th-grade students and their families! In honor of this significant transitional year, we will be traveling to historic Boston in the early summer of 2026.

Our Parent Information Night will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. This event is for parents only.  Each year, we invite our parents to come and learn more about our curriculum, classroom procedures, expectations, and volunteer opportunities in an adult-only setting.

Picture Day is scheduled for August 27th! Students are required to wear formal dress uniforms for Picture Day. Parents must purchase a French Toast school tie for their student to wear to all formal dress events.

Windsor Charter Academy is proud to be an AVID National Demonstration School! Our teachers incorporate AVID strategies into their daily classroom instruction. To help promote the importance of AVID with our students, families are invited, but not required, to purchase an AVID T-shirt for their students.

We are excited to offer opportunities for our 4th and 5th-grade students to participate in intramural sports at the elementary school! If you are interested in serving as an intramural coach and earning a paid stipend, please reach out to Ms. Watson. More information can be found on our website.

This is a friendly reminder that our office hours are from 7:35 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We ask that all families pick up their students on time. 

We ask that students arrive no earlier than 7:30 a.m. Also, to get to their classroom by 8:00 a.m., students who eat breakfast should arrive at the cafeteria by 7:50 a.m.
