Windsor Charter Academy juniors and seniors working on their college applications have a new resource close to home. Class 101 College Planning in Windsor is hosting Essays & Espresso, a free workshop designed to help students strengthen their college admissions essays, on Saturday, October 3rd, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
The session is geared toward seniors currently drafting their admissions essays, as well as juniors who want to get a head start before the process picks up next year. Each student who registers will receive a free workbook and a small drink from Coco's, Class 101's neighboring coffee shop, to enjoy while they work.
Space and refreshments depend on advance registration, so students should RSVP as soon as possible using this link. Families should note that drink orders must be submitted a few days before the event to give Coco's time to prepare, so an early RSVP is the best way to ensure a student's order is included.
