Prom & After-Prom

Prom Details

Windsor Charter Academy’s Junior & Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, April 19th, at the Windsong Events Center from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Prom is open to all juniors and seniors and their guests. If a student would like to bring a non-WCA student guest to prom, they will need to complete an Event Guest Approval Form and submit it to the front office by Wednesday, April 16th. If a guest is over 18 years old, they must also have a background check.

This year, we will offer a discounted pre-sale price for Prom tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the event for a higher rate.

• Time: 8:00 to 11:00 p.m.

• Location: Windsong Events Center

• Tickets: One ticket must be purchased for each guest.

  • Advanced-Purchase Ticket: $25

    • Purchase must be made before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18th.

  • Purchase at the Door: $30

After-Prom Details

Windsor Charter Academy’s After Prom will be held on Saturday, April 19th, at The Main Event in Windsor.

This year, we will offer a discounted pre-sale price for After-Prom tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the event for a higher rate.

• Time: 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

• Location: Main Event, Windsor, CO

• Tickets: One ticket must be purchased for each guest.

  • Advanced-Purchase Ticket: $25

    • Purchase must be made before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12th.

  • Purchase at the Door: $30

Donate an After-Prom Ticket

If you'd like to help a student attend After Prom who may not have the financial means to attend, please consider purchasing an extra ticket as a donation. Every additional ticket bought gives a student the chance to experience this special event!
