Homecoming Week - Locker Decorating

Parents, mark your calendars for Friday, September 25th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.! Our High School PTC is continuing this beloved Homecoming tradition of decorating student lockers. This event is for parents only, so students can be surprised when they arrive at school. We can’t wait to see the hallways transformed!

Please bring your own decorating materials, and keep the following guidelines in mind so every locker latches properly:

  • No balloons of any kind

  • No stickers directly on the locker — cover the locker first with butcher paper, wrapping paper, or poster board, then apply stickers to that surface

  • Decor may not wrap around the top or bottom of the locker door, as this will prevent it from latching shut

  • No streamers hung across the ceiling or from wall to wall

Please note that the high school added several new banks of lockers this year, so while every locker measures 9.5 inches wide by 34 inches long, the lock position varies from bank to bank. Please bring scissors and a little extra material so you can decorate around the lock wherever it is located.
