Registration for the PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) opened on August 14, 2026. Juniors should register for this optional exam if they are seeking National Merit Scholarship recognition and/or a National Merit Scholarship. This is the ONLY PSAT exam that will qualify students for National Merit Recognition.
The PSAT/NMSQT serves as a gateway to scholarship opportunities and valuable college preparation. Juniors taking this test are automatically entered into the National Merit Scholarship competition, which can lead to significant financial awards and recognition that strengthens their college applications. Windsor Charter Academy has had multiple National Merit Scholar Semifinalists and Finalists over the past five years!
Tests are limited, so please register as soon as possible. Students must be logged into their school Gmail account to complete the NMSQT Registration Form.
The PSAT/NMSQT will be administered on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, promptly at 8:15 am. Check-in begins at 8:00 am. The test will be digital, and students will use their school Chromebooks.
Registration is not complete until the $19.00 fee is paid in the main office. Please see Mrs. Preece for a fee waiver, if needed.

October 2, 2026- Registrations that have not been paid for will be canceled
October 6th - Test Day
