Supper with Santa
Windsor Charter Academy’s Elementary School Parent-Teacher Club (PTC) is excited to host Supper with Santa! Join us for dinner, a live holiday performance by NoCo Theatrix Children’s Theater, and pictures with Santa!
Friday, December 1st from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Purchasing Tickets
Tickets will go on sale on Sunday, November 12th at 4:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on this webpage.
The ticket fee will cover the cost of the dinner, a holiday performance by NoCo Theatrics, and pictures with Santa. Due to the nature of this event, there will be a limited number of tickets available. There is a limit of 6 tickets per family. Each person occupying a seat and eating a full meal will need a ticket. All children 3+ will be required to have a ticket.
There will be no tickets available to purchase at the event. All families must purchase their tickets in advance.

Dinner & Dessert
A delicious farm-to-table meal, prepared by WCA’s Food Service Department, will be served. The meal includes penne noodles with meat sauce, Caesar salad, and a dinner roll. The dessert option will be a chocolate fudge brownie with whipped cream. A gluten-free and vegetarian dinner and dessert option will be available upon request.
Also, there will be stroller parking outside of the gym as we cannot accommodate strollers at the dinner tables.
Holiday Performance & Pictures with Santa
We ask that all guests arrive on time to ensure that the event runs smoothly. Dinner will be served, and then guests eat dessert at the start of the holiday performance. Tables will then be dismissed one at a time to take photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus. Should a guest arrive late, they may miss their window for pictures with Santa. Photos will be taken by Amber Sullivan Photography but families are welcome to take their own photos as well.
Why has this event changed from “Sweets with Santa” to “Supper with Santa”?
Did you know that this holiday event was originally Supper with Santa? This long-standing WCA event brought families together to break bread and build community. The event evolved into Sweets with Santa, in the form we have all come to know. In recent years, however, the event has grown larger, but the number of parent volunteers has drastically declined. The Elementary School PTC is made up entirely of parent volunteers. The Elementary School PTC, with support of administration, made the decision to scale down this event in order to be sustainable for years to come. We ask for your patience, respect, and understanding during this restructuring phase. Our Elementary School PTC is excited to continue offering Supper with Santa and return to its original intent!
