We are currently enrolling students for the 2026–2027 school year, and many families have not yet completed the WCA Returning Student Survey. If you haven’t already, please complete your child’s enrollment information. This information is essential to ensure we have accurate, up-to-date contact details for our students and families, and it helps us plan effectively for the upcoming school year.
Please fill out one WCA Returning Student Survey for each student re-enrolling at our school.
Please verify in Infinite Campus that all household members, home and email addresses, phone numbers, and non-household/emergency contact names are correct. Please email tammy.fagler@windsorcharteracademy.org or paula.ridout@windsorcharteracademy.org with any corrections.
Non-household members are your student’s emergency contacts who are authorized to pick up your student from school. Please ensure we have contact names and current phone numbers listed in Infinite Campus.
If a parent/guardian has moved out of the household, a new form will need to be completed to set up a secondary household for your student(s). To initiate this process, please contact Tammy Fagler.
Please note that non-school-aged children do not need to be added to Infinite Campus.
If there are any changes to court documents, please scan and email copies to Tammy Fagler.
The annual registration fee will be communicated and billed in July/August.
