We are excited to invite Windsor Charter Academy families to partner with us in supporting our AVID students through real-world career connections. Our 7th-grade AVID classes are seeking volunteers to visit classrooms and share their professional experiences with students. Presentations would take place from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m., and dates are flexible.
Volunteers would briefly discuss their career field, educational journey, typical job responsibilities, and the ways their work positively impacts the community. These conversations help students better understand the many pathways available to them and make meaningful connections between their academic work and future goals.
