Our 7th-grade AVID elective students are preparing for a meaningful service project this spring—creating handmade fleece blankets to donate to the Children's Hospital Colorado. Beginning in March, students will work together to make 16 blankets, each designed to bring comfort to children receiving care.
To make this project possible, we are seeking community support through donations. Families may choose to donate fleece fabric (solid or printed, 2 1/2 yds x 2 1/2 yds) or make a monetary contribution, which will be used to purchase materials for the blankets.
