** If you know that you will not need all 10 of your graduation tickets, you may leave any extra tickets with the HS Front Office. We do have families who need additional tickets, so the office can distribute them accordingly. Families can also share extra tickets directly with other graduating families and friends if they have made arrangements.

CONVOCATION
Convocation is an all-school assembly that will be held on Wednesday, May 13th, at 2:15 p.m. Families are invited to attend, but not all seniors will receive an award. Families will receive an email if their student receives an award.
ROSE ORDERS
During the graduation ceremony, seniors will have an opportunity to go into the crowd and give roses to those who have helped them on their journey to graduation. Roses may be given to family members, staff members, or friends. Most students order 10 roses, but the number varies for each student. Students do not need to bring roses to the ceremony; they will be handed out before it starts. Roses cost $1.50 each and can be ordered in batches of five. Orders can be made on the school’s website. The deadline for placing these orders is May 1st. Detailed information regarding this will be provided at the mandatory Senior Meeting on April 15th.
Roses are sold in bundles of 5. Students will have the opportunity to distribute roses during the ceremony. We ask that you limit to no more than 20 roses due to the time allotment during the ceremony.
Quantity 1: Bundle of 5 Roses for $7.50
Quantity 2: Bundle of 10 Roses for $15.00

SENIOR CLASS PHOTO
On May 14th, seniors will arrive at the HS Gymnasium by 5:30 p.m. in their caps and gowns to take individual senior photos and the Class of 2026 graduation photo. Seniors will then line up in the back hallway of the Firebird Facility for the graduation processional, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
GRADUATION Ceremony
Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 14th, at 7:00 p.m. in the WCA High School Gymnasium. Seniors are asked to arrive by 5:30 p.m. for pictures, with the senior class photo being taken at 6:20 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for guests. Each senior can bring up to ten guests to the ceremony and will receive their graduation tickets at senior checkout on May 12th. Guests are required to have their ticket. Seating is first-come, first-served, and the process works more efficiently if guests in the same party arrive together.
Reserved Seating at Graduation
Every senior will receive ten graduation tickets to share with family and friends. We still have premium seating reservations available in the center section, all with backs or on the back wall, offering the best views of the stage. Reservations are limited, and the cost is $250. All proceeds will support our end-of-year celebrations, including graduation.
Reserving today guarantees seating with your party - no worrying about arriving early or sitting separately! This is a wonderful way to ensure your family has the best seats to watch your senior walk across that stage while supporting memorable experiences for WCA students! Click here to reserve your seats today!
If your family has already purchased reserved seating, those seats will be reserved with your family’s name on the seat sign.
BACCALAUREATE SERVICE
This is an optional service offered by multiple churches to seniors, families, and friends for Windsor-area high schools on Sunday, May 17th, at 7:00 p.m. at Timberline Church - Windsor, 360 Crossroads Boulevard, Windsor, CO 80550. Students should arrive by 6:30 p.m. Graduates should dress for this service in semi-formal attire, no caps and gowns. If you have any questions about this service, you can reach out to Student Pastor Wyrick.
AIMS Community College GRADUATION
The Aims Community College Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 15th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Aims Welcome Center Auditorium, 4901 West 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80634.
Mrs. Ringlein has ordered all caps and gowns. She will pick them up from Aims Community College and will distribute them at Senior Checkout.
We encourage all WCA graduates to set a time and place to meet at Aims for pictures and then to sit together during the ceremony. Aims graduates are not called in alphabetical order, but in order of seating, so having all WCA students sit together will ensure they all process and walk across the stage together. Details about parking, times, locations, etc., can be found on the Aims Commencement page.
