Colorado Free Application Days
Seniors will be working on submitting their applications to various Colorado schools during Colorado Free Application Days, from October 7th through 9th. They have been working to prepare the materials for these applications in their AVID or Senior Seminar class.
Senior Celebration Day - Jostens Delivery
Jostens will return to campus on Tuesday, October 7th, at 12:30 p.m. to deliver any senior celebration items that have been ordered. Items to be distributed this day will include senior keepsake items such as Class of 2026 clothing, key rings, or keepsake tassels. Class announcements and tankards will be delivered at a later date. Cap and gown units will be delivered in the spring and will be distributed to Seniors upon completion of Senior Checkout on May 12, 2026.
Senior Recognition Ads
Senior recognition ads are a great way to congratulate your special graduate in the yearbook with your own words and pictures! The deadline to purchase an ad is November 18th. Families can find more information on pricing and how to submit their ad by visiting www.TheYearbookCompany.com.
Senior Pictures
November 21st is the deadline to submit your student’s senior portrait. Please click here to upload the portrait. If you experience any issues with the above link, you may email the photo directly to Mrs. Unruh at jennifer.unruh@windsorcharteracademy.org.
Photo Requirements:
To ensure high-quality printing in the yearbook, please provide only high-resolution images. Images can be uploaded in JPEG, TIFF, or PNG file format. If uploading a senior portrait or any other type of portrait, please use JPEG file format. Do NOT use a TIFF or PNG file for a portrait upload. Files are limited to 50 MB maximum.
Senior Quotes
Seniors need to submit a 25-word quote using this form by November 21st, 2025. If a quote is not submitted at this time, the spot will be filled with “Windsor Charter Academy.” No initials are allowed, and the quote may be edited for length or content.
Senior Capstone Night
Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 4th, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Firebird Facility for Senior Capstone Night. Seniors need to arrive by 5:30 p.m. to set up. All seniors and parents are invited to attend to view our seniors’ websites and plans for after graduation.
