Our administrative team recently learned that two types of automated notifications from Infinite Campus have not been sending as intended. These include missing-assignment emails for all K-12 families and failing-assignment emails for middle and high school families. We’ve corrected the issue with Infinite Campus, and these notifications will resume on Monday.
Because the emails have not gone out since the start of the year, Monday's notifications will likely include every missing or failing assignment recorded since the first day of school. For some families, that may be a longer list than expected, and we want you to know ahead of time so it does not come as a surprise. A long list reflects several weeks of notifications arriving at once, not necessarily a new concern.
For the most current view of your student's grades and assignments, please log in to Infinite Campus through the Parent Portal. If anything in Monday's email raises questions, your student's teacher is the best first point of contact. Thank you for your patience as we get these notifications back on track!
