Beginning Monday, September 13th, students may not park on campus without a valid student parking pass. Identifying student vehicles is one of the many safety procedures we have in place. Passes are free, but students must complete a Student Parking Permit Application to obtain one.

The Junior/Senior Prom has been moved to Saturday, May 1st. The original date overlapped with the High School Music Department's out-of-state competition in California, so we needed to reschedule. Please update your calendars accordingly!

We are excited to kick off a new tradition at Windsor Charter Academy High School - our first Day of Service, scheduled for Friday, October 2nd. Each Day of Service will give students the chance to step outside the classroom, serve others, strengthen our school and community, and make progress toward their required service hours.

We are closely monitoring student tardies and have seen an increase in students arriving late to class. Additionally, upperclassmen who are late to class after lunch may also lose their open-campus privileges.

In the coming days, families should watch their mailboxes for a letter containing your student's practice PSAT/SAT results. This same letter will include spring testing results, giving you a complete picture of your student's academic progress in one place.

The Class of 2027 Graduation Timeline is now live! We encourage every family to bookmark the page for easy reference throughout the school year. This document lays out the key dates, deadlines, and requirements that will guide our seniors from now through graduation week.

Registration for the PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) opened on August 14, 2026. Juniors should register for this optional exam if they are seeking National Merit Scholarship recognition and/or a National Merit Scholarship. This is the ONLY PSAT exam that will qualify students for National Merit Recognition.  

Parents, mark your calendars for Friday, September 25th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.! Our High School PTC is continuing this beloved Homecoming tradition of decorating student lockers. This event is for parents only, so students can be surprised when they arrive at school. We can’t wait to see the hallways transformed!

Homecoming Week is almost here! This year, Windsor Charter Academy will celebrate Homecoming from September 28th through October 3rd, with a full slate of activities planned for our Firebirds.

Jostens will be on campus Tuesday, September 15th, for a mandatory senior class meeting during the ELO block to discuss and distribute graduation order forms and sophomore class ring order forms.
