We want to ensure that our attendance processes continue to run smoothly for students and families. Please take a moment to review the reminders below to ensure a timely, safe check-out process for all students.
The Absence Request feature in Infinite Campus does not send notifications when a new request is submitted. Our receptionists manually check this page throughout the day. If your student needs to be released immediately or urgently, please call the school directly so we can assist right away.
Whenever possible, please notify the school before your student leaves for an appointment or due to illness. Students cannot be checked out without a parent phone call, email, or approved absence request.
Please remind your student that they must check out at the front desk before leaving campus, whether it’s for an appointment or because they’re feeling sick.
