2025-26 Elementary School Administrative Team

Next year, Windsor Charter Academy families will see a few new — yet familiar — faces in our elementary school front office! Several of our outstanding team members are stepping into new roles, and we are excited for the year ahead. Please join us in congratulating them and welcoming them to their new positions!

Terra Moore, Executive Administrative Assistant, Windsor Charter Academy Schools

Earlier this spring, Mrs. Moore accepted a part-time role as Executive Administrative Assistant at Windsor Charter Academy. Mrs. Moore has been a valued member of our elementary school team for the past ten years, most recently serving as assistant principal. This transition aligns with Mrs. Moore’s long-term plan to gradually move toward retirement, and when the part-time opportunity became available, she was eager to apply. Although she will be missed at the elementary school, we are thankful that Mrs. Moore chose to continue her journey at Windsor Charter Academy in this new capacity!

Chrissy Jones, Assistant Principal, Windsor Charter Academy Elementary School

We are thrilled to announce that Mrs. Jones, our current elementary school dean, has been selected to serve as assistant principal for the upcoming school year. Mrs. Jones has been a dedicated member of our elementary school team for ten years, previously serving as a 3rd-grade teacher and as dean of students for the past four years. We are excited to welcome her into this new leadership role!

Anne Watson, Dean of Students, Windsor Charter Academy Elementary School

With Mrs. Jones stepping into the role of assistant principal, the dean of students position became available. We are excited to share that Ms. Watson has been selected to serve as our new dean of students next year. Ms. Watson has been a valued member of our elementary school team for nine years, serving as a 1st-grade teacher for four years and most recently serving as an instructional coach for the past five years. We look forward to seeing Ms. Watson bring her leadership and experience to this new role!

We are excited to have such strong leadership at our school and are looking forward to an excellent 2025-26 school year!
