Classroom Holiday Parties

We are excited to celebrate the holidays with our students! Students will be able to wear holiday/festive wear on Thursday, December 18th, to celebrate our last day before Winter Break. We can’t wait to see all of their festive attire!

Many of our elementary school classrooms will hold classroom celebrations on Thursday, December 18th, at 10:00 a.m. For many, this is a low-key day of snacks and movie-watching rather than an active party environment. Please refer to your child’s grade-level newsletter for specifics.

Set-Up Volunteers

Set-up volunteers will enter through the east door from 9:25 to 9:45 a.m. Due to the busyness of the day, we kindly ask that parents who are not volunteering for holiday parties refrain from volunteering in the morning. 

Entrance

The entrance for classroom parties will be at the school's east door. All guests who have completed a background check will be permitted to enter through the east door beginning at 9:45 a.m.

Fast Pass/Non-Fast-Pass Entrance

There will be a Fast Pass line and a non-Fast Pass line. Guests with Fast Passes should be prepared to show their Fast Pass along with a photo ID and enter through the Fast Pass Entrance at the east door. Any guest who hasn’t completed a background check 48 hours prior to the event must enter through the front office. Half-Day Release

Please note that due to the half-day release, lunch will not be served on this day. 

Checking Students Out Early

All guests who plan to check students out early will need to get an Early Dismissal Slip for each child from their classroom teacher and show it as they exit the building.

Parking

Out of respect for our neighboring businesses, please use one of our three parking lots or the church parking lot. Please do not park at Timberline Gymnastics or any of the Future Legends parking lots, or your car may be towed. If you park on Garden Drive, Diamond Valley East, or Academy Court, your vehicle must be moved by 11:00 a.m. to allow for pick-up.
