Inclement Weather Update for Field Day (Updated Friday, May 15, 2026)
Due to the forecasted inclement weather and low temperatures on Monday, we have decided to move all Field Day activities indoors.
Unfortunately, because of limited indoor space, attendance will be restricted to designated Field Day volunteers only. We understand this may be disappointing for families, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure our students still have a fun and memorable end-of-year celebration.
Lunch will be served at normal meal times rather than the modified schedule previously shared. Additionally, due to the day's busy schedule, we kindly ask that parents refrain from visiting for lunch or volunteering in classrooms.
If you signed up to volunteer for Field Day, please enter through the school's east doors upon arrival.
Lastly, students will be dismissed according to our normal procedures. Unless there is an emergency, we ask that students not be checked out early through the front office.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. We are looking forward to a wonderful day with our students!
