Windsor Charter Academy middle school students who want to participate on a wrestling team have a place on the mat. Because WCA does not field its own wrestling program, our students are welcome to join the Windsor Middle School team, where Firebirds and Wizards train and compete together.
The girls’ program continues to build momentum, with more opportunities than ever for girls to get involved in this rapidly growing sport. The boys’ program brings its own competitive drive and a strong base of returning experience. Both teams share one of the season’s biggest goals: qualifying for and competing at the State Tournament.
No prior experience is required. Whether your student is stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning for another season, there is room to learn, compete, and be part of a team that supports one another. All practices and team activities take place at Windsor Middle School. To learn more about this program, please click here.
