The MS Boys’ Soccer Team team played Ridgeview Classical School during the NCIL playoffs. Early in the game, the Firebirds came out strong, dominating our opponent. The Firebirds took the lead with an impressive display of skill. Although Ridgeview managed to block one of our plays, the Firebirds quickly regrouped and continued to extend their lead, eventually reaching four points by the end of the first half, while Ridgeview remained scoreless.
In the second half, the Firebirds faced a bit of a challenge, struggling to get past Ridgeview’s defense. However, they maintained control, keeping Ridgeview at bay. The Firebirds managed to add more points to their score, continuing to widen the gap. As the game drew closer to the end, the Firebirds kept the momentum going, thrilling the crowd with a final well-earned point!
Ultimately, the Firebirds triumphed with a final score of 9-0, securing a decisive victory over Ridgeview Classical!
