Ms. Cross is organizing a trip with EF Tours for students to experience Thailand in 2027 and Europe in 2028. She will host an in-person informational meeting for families to review trip details, answer questions, and help you decide whether this opportunity feels like the right fit for your student.
Ms. Cross will also share about our trip this past year and the impacts and experiences our students had. She will also share details about our upcoming itineraries, activities, cost, and enrollment timeline, and families will have a chance to ask questions and learn more about this opportunity for their students. Early enrollment discounts will be available.
Please register for the meeting using the link below:

Even if you’re unable to attend, I encourage you to register so we can keep you updated and follow up with important information afterward.
Over the years, Ms. Cross has seen how travel can help students grow in confidence, independence, curiosity, and connection with the world around them. Experiences like this give students the chance to step outside their everyday routines, build meaningful relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of other places, cultures, and perspectives. It’s an experience that often stays with them long after they return home.
At the meeting, we’ll cover:
* the itinerary and daily experience.
* planned activities.
* academic and scholarship opportunities.
* trip cost and payment information.
We’ll also share details about limited-time early enrollment discounts, and enrollment will officially open following the meeting.
Please note that space on this tour is limited, and we do expect spots to fill quickly. Please join us to learn more and see whether this could be a great opportunity for your student.
Note: This activity is not a school-sponsored event. Windsor Charter Academy staff will not be available to administer medications or provide medical accommodations. Responsibility and liability lie with the organization running the event, not Windsor Charter Academy. See the WCA Parent/Student Handbook for additional information regarding medication administration during non-school hours events.
