On Tuesday, the Windsor Charter Academy Firebirds (No. 12 in 3A) took on the Brush High School Beetdiggers (No. 46 in 3A) and came away with a 3-0 sweep in non-conference play!
The Firebirds set the tone early, winning the first set 25-19 behind a seven-serve run from Vivian D., and carried that momentum into a 25-15 second set. The third set tested the Firebirds. Brush came out strong, but our team held its composure down the stretch and closed out the match 25-23.
