The Windsor Charter Academy Boys’ Basketball Team is hosting its Second Annual Cornhole Tournament! Join us on Saturday, January 28, 2022 for a fun-filled tournament to support our Firebirds!

The WCA National Honor Society is excited to present the Homeward Alliance Donation Drive! WCA will be accepting donations from November 1st to November 30th.

On Monday, November 14th we will begin enrolling students for the 2023-2024 school year. New incoming siblings of current WCA students and new incoming children of staff members will be the first to be enrolled.

Windsor Charter Academy’s Booster Club is hosting its first annual Mother/Son and Father/Daughter Dances! The theme for both dances is Denim & Diamonds. All students are invited to bring their mother, father, or other special adult in their life!

At Windsor Charter Academy, we celebrate College Week across our schools to promote our career and college-going culture. From October 17th through 21st, students will be engaged in a variety of exciting activities. Students are also invited to dress up each day to show their spirit!

Windsor Charter Academy has been offered the opportunity to run the Water Valley Corn Maze this year! Our school clubs and organizations will be using this event as a fundraiser for our school.

Windsor Charter Academy is excited to host our 2022 Fall Festival! This event, formerly known as Trunk-or-Treat, is open to all elementary, middle, and high school students!

The Windsor Charter Academy High School Cross Country Team is hosting its second annual Family Fun Run! This serves as the team’s annual fundraiser. Come join in on the fun!

All of our Firebird Families are invited to Fall Festival on Saturday, October 22nd! Fall Festival, formerly known as Trunk-or-Treat, is a family-friendly event where students dress up in their Halloween costumes, play games, and enjoy sweet treats.

The run.Windsor team would love to offer all WCA staff, faculty, parents, and students 10% off the Windsor Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k and 5k scheduled for on October 9th.

Homecoming Week will be held from September 26th through October 1st! Elementary, middle, and high school families are invited to join us at the following events to celebrate our Firebirds!

The Windsor Charter Academy’s Garden Group and Farm-to-School Coordinator are looking for volunteers to help pick and shuck corn on Saturday, September 16th from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The Water Valley HOA has given permission to our volunteers to pick the sweet corn they grew this year!

Windsor Charter Academy Schools are located in an industrial area with several surrounding businesses. We ask that parents respect our neighboring businesses by not parking in their private parking lots during pick up. Several businesses have emailed our school out of concern for student safety

Our Parent-Teacher Clubs are a vital part of Windsor Charter Academy schools! Parent-Teacher Clubs (PTC) work on a variety of events for our children, teachers, and families! Oftentimes, families may not be able to volunteer their time at these events because of time restraints. By donating to our PTCs, families can support their cause while also earning volunteer hours

Windsor Charter Academy has an organic garden! Have you seen all of the fresh produce that we have grown this year? Our students, parents, and staff members have been hard at work tending to our garden. All of our organic food is harvested and served to students to enjoy!

Colorado Crisis Services is the statewide behavioral health crisis response system offering residents mental health, substance use and/or emotional crisis help, information and referrals.

School fees for Windsor Charter Academy students are due at the start of the school year. The 2022-23 Student Fees were approved by the Executive Board. Fees can be paid online through Infinite Campus.

Infinite Campus, commonly referred to as IC, is a student information management system used by Weld RE-4 School District and Windsor Charter Academy. All families have an IC account - one for each parent and one for each student.
