After a comprehensive interview process involving administrators, teachers, and parents, we are pleased to announce that Ms. Souders has accepted the role of Director of Middle School Education at Windsor Charter Academy.

Ms. Souders brings five years of middle school leadership experience, having served as both an Assistant Principal and Dean of Students in the Poudre School District. She also brings several years of district-level leadership experience in special education, gifted and talented education, and school psychology within Weld County School District 6 and the Poudre School District.

Ms. Souders holds two master’s degrees—one in Educational Administration and one in School Psychology—as well as an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology. She also earned both a Professional Administrator License and a Professional Principal License through the Colorado Department of Education.

As Ms. Souders steps into this leadership role, she looks forward to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff. She is committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and student-centered environment where all learners can thrive!
