Did you know that there minimal traffic on Diamond Valley East during morning drop off? Dropping off at this location can make for a quick drop off in the morning. There is a crossing guard at the corner of Diamond Valley and Garden Drive beginning at 7:45 a.m.

Parent-teacher conferences will be held from September 28th through October 8th. Classroom teachers will conduct conferences via Zoom. Please note that fall conferences are mandatory for all families.

Picture Retake Day for our elementary school students will be held on Wednesday, September 30th. Students can pick up a Skillman Photography order form from the front desk. Pictures can either be ordered via the form or online

In March, our school closed for the school year. In May, before the last day of school, WCA staff collected all student belongings that were left at the school and placed them in a paper bag labeled with each student name.

Academy Court is a drop-off location for students who eat breakfast in the cafeteria from 7:30 to 7:45 a.m.. There is no parking permitted on Academy Court from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m.

WCA will begin enforcing use of acceptable face coverings only.

The WCA Education Committee serves to strengthen the overall educational program of our schools. This committee assists the administrator and teachers in providing all WCA students with the highest quality educational program possible by researching new and existing curricular and instructional approaches and evaluating and synthesizing information.

At any point during the school year, elementary school in-person learners may be asked to learn remotely for a period of time. To prepare for this, all parents are asked to complete a Remote Learning Technology Survey for each child enrolled at our elementary school.

Give back to our school just by shopping for groceries and gas! Windsor Charter Academy has partnered with King Soopers Community Rewards Program to help raise money for our school. King Soopers has recently restructured their program and it is easier than ever to participate!

ABC Bright School-Age Centers provide child care services before and after school in our cafeteria. If parents are interested in registering their child for this program, please visit their website.

Windsor Charter Academy has an opening for part-time food services positions! This is an ideal position for someone looking to work only a few hours a day. Ideal candidates may include parents or community members who want to be more involved in our school!

We wanted to remind families about the requirements for the cloth face coverings. Please ensure that the face covering your student is wearing meets all of the criteria.
