Windsor Charter Academy Executive Board of Directors
Windsor Charter Academy is governed by an Executive Board of Directors. This group of volunteers shares a deep commitment to our students, staff, and greater school community. As the policy-making body of Windsor Charter Academy, the Executive Board of Directors operates in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Board Meetings
Windsor Charter Academy’s Executive Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Work sessions are held the week prior to the regular session and begin at 5:00 p.m. Regular sessions begin at 6:00 p.m. All meetings are held in the Windsor Charter Academy Middle School Media Center located at 810 Automation Drive, Windsor, CO.
All regular sessions are live-streamed on the WCA YouTube Channel.

Seating
The Media Center has limited seating for Executive Board meetings and will be reserved for stakeholders who wish to sit. Once seating capacity is reached, stakeholders will be directed to view the meeting via live stream from the Middle School Commons. To minimize disruption for presenters, entry to the media center will be paused once the meeting begins and will resume after presentations conclude. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Governing Documents
The Windsor Charter Academy Executive Board adheres to official Board Policies. Windsor Charter Academy adopts the same policies as the Weld RE-4 School District. Many policies differ only in the delegation of authority. Unless specified as “Adopted by WCA”, the policies listed are as adopted by the Weld RE-4 School District. Some Weld RE-4 district policies are not applicable to Windsor Charter Academy and are waived without replacement.
