Registration for HS Athletics

We are excited for our Firebirds to participate in high school athletics! This year, our season dates are outlined as follows:

Families with athletes are required to attend the Fall Sports Meeting on Wednesday, August 11th at 5:30 p.m. at the MS/HS Commons to receive additional information about the fall sports season.

To be eligible to participate in middle school athletics, families need to register their athletes on our 8to18 sports registration platform. In addition to registration, all athletes must have a current physical on file before the first day of practice/tryouts. More information can be found on our athletics webpage. Registration: Fall sports registration will be held on August 3rd & 5th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and August 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the MS Commons. Parents/guardians must attend one of the registration days to finalize the registration process. Parents will receive Sports Permit Form that verifies all registration is complete. Athletes will give this form to their coach on the first day of tryouts.

Athletic Fees: The high school athletic fee is $125 per sport, capped at two sports. Athletic fees must be paid in full before the official season begins. Cash or check only. If an athlete does not make the team, the cash or check will be refunded.

**After an athlete is registered, the Athletic Director will verify that the athlete has completed all the required paperwork and is cleared to participate in athletics. Athletes cannot participate in athletics at Windsor Charter Academy until all forms are complete and approved. Upon approval, the parent will receive a Sports Permit to give to the coach on the first day of tryouts. Completing the registration process and submitting forms does not guarantee an athlete has made the team.

Gate Fees: This year we will be charging gate fees for all high school athletic events. See below for additional information. Passes will be sold during our back-to-school events.
