We are looking forward to Firebird Fest on May 21st! Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are invited to join us after school from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to enjoy games, inflatable slides, obstacle courses, a dunk tank, yearbook signing, and other events! All high school students need to be picked up by 1:00 p.m.

Donate Items for Firebird Fest Staff Luncheon
During Firebird Fest, we serve lunch to all middle and high school teachers and staff! We will purchase sandwiches for all staff members, but are requesting our families to donate side items or drinks.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher Appreciation Week is from May 5th through 9th. On Monday, April 29th, our High School PTC will sponsor snack boxes for teachers. Please sign up here if you would like to volunteer to help provide items for this event.

Students at Windsor Charter Academy will be taking their Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) tests in April! CMAS tests are meaningful and relevant assessments that support rigorous academic standards. The state’s summative tests measure students’ mastery of grade-level standards and growth over time.

The Virtual College Counselors met with the junior class in January to introduce the college application process, and in February, they discussed how to assess college fit. Students have taken notes from the college counselors on these topics, so please check with your student to see what specific information the counselors shared.
