Game Club is open to all grades and is intended to give students an opportunity to interact with others in a fun and competitive environment! The most common games played are Magic the Gathering, chess, checkers, role-playing games, and any other game available in the Media Center.

Windsor Charter Academy welcomes all families and visitors to our Veterans Day Assembly on November 11th at 2:00 p.m.! To ensure the safety of our schools, we will require all visitors attending the Veterans Day Assembly to have a background check on file.

Our first middle school dance will be on Friday, November 5th from 3:45 to 6:00 p.m.! Tickets will be sold in advance and at the door for $5.00.

In an effort to decrease the amount of students with Ds and Fs, students who do not attend Academic Support on Thursdays will be required to attend Lunch Support on Fridays. This time serves as an opportunity for students to catch up on work to raise their grades

We will be celebrating Halloween at school on Friday, October 28th! Students are invited to wear their costumes to school but must follow the guidelines below.

Students, ages 9-12, are invited to join Clearview Library District’s “Not Your Boring Book Club!”

October is National Bullying Prevention Month!

October 7th marks the end of our 1st Quarter. Please make sure you and your child are checking Infinite Campus, turning in any late or missing assignments, and communicating with teachers if you have any questions.

Join us for an evening of music on Wednesday, October 5th at 5:30 p.m. for our middle school fall music concert! Students have been working hard and learning new skills. They are excited to demonstrate their learning at the concert!

In order to support students as they work to stay caught up on their school work, the middle school will have a catch-up day on Friday, September 30th. The middle school will be on a testing schedule, utilizing the time between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. for catch-up.

There will be no Academic Support at the middle school for the next three weeks as we transition into a new quarter. On Friday, students will have an Advisory Class from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. as a last opportunity to receive individualized support from teachers.

We have recently noticed parents picking up students on the south side of Automation Drive. This is dangerous for our students and staff as it impairs the ability for cars exiting the parking lot to see oncoming traffic.

Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences are quickly approaching! Conferences will be held Thursday, October 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the middle school gymnasium. Conferences will have an open-house-style format.

Bullying is defined as an imbalance of power, such as physical strength or access to embarrassing information, to control or harm others with the potential of the power imbalance changing over time. Bullying behaviors happen more than once, showing a pattern of repetition.

We would like to supply our students with free feminine products in our restrooms. If you are able to donate tampons or pads, please drop these off at the front office.

Are you interested in volunteering at our middle school? We have made it easier than ever for families to sign up to volunteer! Our school now has a master Sign Up Genius Form where we will post a variety of volunteer opportunities that are available each week.

Students who join Art Club are able to dive further into art-making! Since core art classes are only available to students for half the year, Art Club provides all students an opportunity to continue to explore various materials, develop their own style, learn about different artists, or try new media.

Is your student interested in engineering, design, building, or programming? We invite all middle and high school students to participate in VEX Robotics! Windsor Charter Academy’s award-winning VEX Robotics program was established 5 years ago and our teams have qualified for the state competition every year.
