Parents will need to create an 8to18 account in order to register for a sport. All parents of athletes need to complete an online registration form on our new software platform, 8to18, for each player. Parents will need to create an account on 8to18 by following these instructions. After an account is created, students will need to submit a sports physical and proof of medical insurance to the front office. Both of these forms can be downloaded from the 8to18 account during registration process. Families also have the option of turning in a sports physical form provided by their doctor or other medical professional.
