Media Requests Timeline
Submission Process: All media requests will be published on Thursdays to coincide with the publishing of our school newsletters. All media requests must be submitted on the Friday prior to the Thursday publishing date.
Review Process: All media requests will be compiled on Mondays and reviewed by Administration on Tuesdays.
Publishing Process: All media requests that have been approved by Administratation will be published in the specified Thursday newsletter(s). News items will run for only two weeks.
Event Planning Form
If you have already submitted an "Event Planning Form" you do not need to complete this media request form. If your event was approved via the Event Planning Form, our Communications Manager will reach out to you individually to discuss your event in greater detail.
