Join Us for a Very Merry Evening to Support Windsor Charter Academy!
We are very excited for our 5th Annual Windsor Charter Academy Spring Benefit!
This is an amazing night where we come together as parents, community partners, teachers, administrators, and board members in support of our school. It's a festive and fun celebration of all that is wonderful about Windsor Charter Academy.
Our Benefit Gala also raises critical funds to support our students. Over the past three years, we have raised over $230,000 to fund critical educational programs at our schools.

Auction, Raffle, and Mobile Bidding
Auction & Reverse Raffle
We are thrilled to have many auction items available for bidding prior to and during the event. Our Auction Catalog will be released on March 27th. Mobile bidding will start on March 27th. Here is just a highlight of what we are offering:
Class projects from our elementary school classrooms
Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos tickets
A trip for 2 to Nashville for a whiskey tour
A Winter Park getaway
This year, our silent auction will feature real-time mobile bidding! This will allow our guests to view auction items and start bidding several days before the event and at the event. Guests should plan to bring a fully charged mobile phone (or tablet) to the event for this purpose! To learn more about how mobile bidding works, please click here.
This year, funds raised through event sponsorships, ticket sales, auction sales, and our paddle call will support students in all grade levels. Specifically, we hope to make the following investments:
Elementary School Library Furniture: As educators address 21st century skills of creativity and critical-thinking, it is helpful to provide colaborative learning spaces. We would like to purchase child-friendly furniture for learning areas in the elementary school library. In this space, students can be actively engaged in learning and research. Shelving for the library will remain the same.
Athletics and Extra-Curricular Activities (MS/HS): We provide many opportunities for students to compete in sporting events, academic activities, competitions, and other extra-curricular activities. We would like to raise funds to use towards purchasing two 15-passenger vans to transport students to these various activities.
