Design Approval Process

As we grow our schools, and continue to establish visual branding identity in our community, it's important to tell our unique story in a unified way.  When we use consistent messaging, colors, fonts, and imagery, it strengthens our "Firebird Brand" and helps us develop awareness of the important contributions we make as a Firebird community.

We have developed a set of print guidelines that will help streamline our printing process and make the job of promoting our "Firebird Brand" easy for our stakeholders.


Flyers, Posters, and Invitations (Paper Products)

Before beginning this process, please make sure your event or activity has been approved by WCA Administration.

  • Step 1: Create your marketing piece using our templates below or by designing it yourself.

    • If you design it yourself, please follow WCA’s marketing criteria (font, colors, etc.) as outlined in our Branding & Style Guide.

  • Step 2: Fill out the Design Approval Form and upload an editable file.

  • Step 3: Your file will either be Approved or Edited. If your files requires changes, we will make the edits and send the final PDF file back to you.

* Please Note:  There is a 48 approval turnaround on all design submissions.

T-shirts or other "SWAG" Items

Step 1:  Create your marketing piece by either:
