Can’t make it on a Wednesday? Please get in touch and we will set up a tour at a time that works best for you.
Our Enrollment & Lottery Process
We’ve offered a simple outline of our enrollment and lottery process below, but for more details about each of these steps, please see our official Enrollment Policy.
Step 1: Make sure you meet the District Residency Requirements.
District Residency: Enrollment is open to any child who resides inside or outside of the Weld County RE-4 School District. Non-district resident students may be accepted for enrollment only after all resident students on the waiting list for the same grade have been offered a position.
Step 2: Complete and Submit your Letter of Intent.
Each family must submit a Letter of Intent. After you’ve completed your Letter of Intent, please email your form to Diana Stanislav, our Registrar, or drop it off at either WCA school location. If you have any questions please contact Diana Stanislav.
Step 3: Participate in the Lottery
Our enrollment lottery takes place every January to prepare for the academic school year starting every August. Students are entered into the lottery only if they have filled out and submitted a Letter of Intent.
Step 4: Position Offering
If your child is selected, you will receive a phone call and an email offering your child a position at the school.
