Welcome to Mrs. Archer's Classroom!
Meet the Teacher
2016-2017 will be Kiki Archer’s 7th year of teaching and third year at WCA. Originally from the Midwest, Kiki received her undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from Rockhurst College and her Masters in Social Work (M.S.W.) from the University of Kansas. She worked for many years as an outpatient therapist for children and families. After having children and being a dedicated parent volunteer, she decided she wanted to combine her social work skills with teaching, so she returned to school to get her Masters in Reading from UNC. Having worked in both second and third grade, Kiki found her heart lies with second grade. Each year, she strives to challenge her students and make learning fun!
Kiki is originally from Kansas City but moved to Fort Collins in 1994. She is married and has 4 children, three of which are in college! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending their sporting events, boating, hiking, and traveling. Kiki relaxes by working out, reading, watching movies, and being with friends.
